Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients without pulmonary pathology.
2. Patients with low surgical risk.
3. Elective CABG procedure
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with heamodynamic instability.
2.Patients on mechanical ventilator more than 24 hours.
3.Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction less than 35%.
4.Severe renal function requiring dialysis.
5.Pneumothorax after surgery
6.Intraoperative or postoperative CVA.
7.Emergency CABG
