1. Meet the DLS diagnostic criteria of 1° degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis (posterior spondylolisthesis);
2. Enrollment age is greater than 50 years old and less than 75 years old;
3. The course of the disease is less than 2 years;
4. Those who have not taken psychotropic drugs before joining the group;
5. Subjects who have not received Chinese and Western medicines for the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis 2 months before enrollment;
6. There are no pathological features that affect the results of this subject, such as history of severe lumbar spine trauma, tuberculosis, tumors, fractures, moderate to severe osteoporosis and other lumbar spine bone destruction;
7. Those who voluntarily participate in this research, sign the informed consent form, and cooperate with the subjects of this subject.
1. Low back pain accompanied by severe sensory and motor abnormalities of both lower extremities, spinal cord compression or obvious symptoms of nerve root injury;
2. Those with severe blood disease, hypertension, diabetes and endocrine system diseases;
3. Patients with mental disorders or patients who cannot cooperate with the test;
4. Combination medication or participating in other trials during treatment.
