Brief Summary
This is observational study focusing on finding level of physical activity among IT workers with different work modes by using Outcome measure International Physical activity questionnaire. The study population is divided into 3 grps work from home,work from office and hybrid mode.
As it as been known by previous studies that level of physical activity is reduced in among IT worker ,it becomes necessary to address whether with the advent of these new work modes like hybrid and work from home affect their level of physical activity

Inclusion Criteria
- •working hours- 48 hours per week.
- •Individuals who are Exclusively working from office, working from home and following hybrid work mode.
- •Years of experience.
- •Both genders.
- •Willing to participate.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pregnant women.
- •Part time or Contract workers.
- •Individuals with medically advised rest.
- •Idividuals suffering from any cardiovascular, metabolic, psychological problems.
