- Opioid consumption in first 24hrs following ICBG. this will measure in terms of mg dose of IV morphine.

简要总结
This study is prospective randomised triple blind control trial; in which20ml 0.5%bupivacaine is given in transversalis fascia plane block in Study group and 20ml of 5% dextrose is given as LA in TFP block in control group then effectiveness of TFP block will analyse in reduction of morphine use during post operative period.

入选标准
- •Scheduled for elective upper limb surgery, which can be solely performed under a brachial plexus block,and requiring ICBG.
排除标准
- •Contraindications to regional blockade (eg.
- •Allergy to local anaesthetic,coagulopathy,malignancy or infection in the area) 2)Pregnancy 3)History of alcohol or drug dependence/abuse 4)History of long term opioid intake or chronic pain disorder.
- •History of significant psychiatric condition that may affect patient assessment.
- •Failure of upper extremity block.
- •Previous iliac crest bone grafting.
- •Inability to informed consent and demands of the study.
