Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •All ASA I and II patients, greater than 18 years of age, scheduled for craniotomy and tumor decompression in the sitting position

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with
  • •ASA physical status III \& IV
  • •History of ischemic heart disease, cardiac rhythm disturbances, intracardiac shunts
  • •Uncontrolled BP
  • •Renal or Hepatic dysfunction
  • •Allergic history
  • •Diabetes having autonomic dysfunction
  • •History of psychiatric diseases
  • •Severe cervical canal stenosis
  • •Pregnant patients
