Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All ASA I and II patients, greater than 18 years of age, scheduled for craniotomy and tumor decompression in the sitting position
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with
- •ASA physical status III \& IV
- •History of ischemic heart disease, cardiac rhythm disturbances, intracardiac shunts
- •Uncontrolled BP
- •Renal or Hepatic dysfunction
- •Allergic history
- •Diabetes having autonomic dysfunction
- •History of psychiatric diseases
- •Severe cervical canal stenosis
- •Pregnant patients
