Inclusion Criteria
Healthy adults aged 35-65 years who live in Sung Noen District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Thailand
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion criteria were BMI <18.5 kg/m2, the presence of severe chronic conditions requiring medications such as diabetes, cancer, chronic kidney disease, and coronary heart disease, as well as current pregnancy or lactation.
