Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of mixed hemorrhoids of the second and third stages.
  • 2\. Age ranges from 18 to 70\.
  • 3\. Have not received hemorrhoids surgery.
  • 4\. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patient with hemorrhoids incarcerated;
  • 2\. Patients with malignant tumors, severe heart or cerebrovascular disease, blood diseases, diabetes, infectious diseases, cirrhosis and portal hypertension;
  • 3\. Pregnant or lactating women;
  • 4\. Allergic constitution or allergy to anesthetics, perioperative application of drugs in this treatment;
  • 5\. Legally disabled patients (blind, deaf, dumb, mentally retarded, etc.) and mentally ill patients, etc.
  • 6\. Suspect or have a history of alcohol or drug abuse, or other lesions that reduce the likelihood of enrollment or complicate enrollment, as judged by the investigator;
  • 7\. Those who are prone to loss of follow\-up, such as frequent changes in the working place;
  • 8\. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials;
  • 9\. Incomplete data affects the outcome or safety judge or has received other relevant treatments that may affect the effector indicators of the study.
