Ability to communicate and answer questions from patients or patients
Being 18-35 years old
Consent to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form
Having a gestational age of 28-36 weeks (last 3 months of pregnancy) (according to LMP or ultrasound)
Being belly first
monogamy
Not wanting to continue participating in the study
Previous participation in studies similar to the current research
Lack of inclusion criteria
Suffering from a chronic disease such as: heart disease and diabetes and needing medicine or special care
Suffering from mental illnesses such as depression during the last year
Use of neuropsychiatric drugs and addiction to drugs and cigarettes

Name Time Method Sleep quality. Timepoint: The amount of sleep quality of pregnant women at the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and immediately after the intervention. Method of measurement: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI).
