Inclusion Criteria
Isolated Traumatic Brain Injury patients
Age 18 â?? 59 years
Patient/ patientâ??s attenders willing to give consent
Head Abbreviated Injury Score (AIS) >=3 and no other body region AIS score of >=3
Receiving supplemental oxygen via mechanical ventilation for >24 hours after hospitalisation
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with pre- existing cardiac, renal, pulmonary pathologies
Patients with Co- existing thoracic, abdominal, pelvic trauma
Patients of chronic kidney disease
Patients on hemodialysis
Pregnant females
