Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •adults (20\-80 years of age) who are hospitalized for lower extremity surgery through an arterial monitoring during surgery and the American Society of Anesthesiology's body grade (1\-3\)
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Patients who refuse to participate in the study, refuse ultrasound of the lungs
- •\-In case of hemodynamically unstable condition before surgery
- •\-Pulmonary surgery patients/laparoscopic surgery patients
- •\-Patients with lung abnormalities such as pneumonia before surgery, atelectasis, and previous thoracic procedure
- •\-If recovery is difficult even with hypoxia protocol due to hypoxia before/during surgery
- •\-Patients expected to have difficulty securing airways
- •\-Patients with mental retardation
- •\-Patients unable to interpret Korean
