Inclusion Criteria
All rt-PCR confirmed diagnosed cases of COVID-19 above 18 years of age and whose CT severity index is more than 13/40.
Exclusion Criteria
1. All patients with known lung disease (eg. COPD, Bronchiectasis, ILD)
2. Autoimmune disease RA, SLE, Systemic sclerosis, Sjogren syndrome, MCTD, myositis on history and relevant investigation based on history
3. Smokers and those with occupational exposures
4. Use of inhalers or bronchodilators in past

Name Time Method correlate radiological findings,the clinical features and laboratory findings at presentation, with radiological findings,clinical features and pulmonary function tests at 3 and 6 months, and find predictive factors for lung sequelae.Timepoint: 3 month and 6 month
