Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All rt\-PCR confirmed diagnosed cases of COVID\-19 above 18 years of age and whose CT severity index is more than 13/40\.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. All patients with known lung disease (eg. COPD, Bronchiectasis, ILD)
- •2\. Autoimmune disease RA, SLE, Systemic sclerosis, Sjogren syndrome, MCTD, myositis on history and relevant investigation based on history
- •3\. Smokers and those with occupational exposures
- •4\. Use of inhalers or bronchodilators in past
