- 640
adults (20-80 years of age) who are hospitalized for lower extremity surgery through an arterial monitoring during surgery and the American Society of Anesthesiology's body grade (1-3)
-Patients who refuse to participate in the study, refuse ultrasound of the lungs
-In case of hemodynamically unstable condition before surgery
-Pulmonary surgery patients/laparoscopic surgery patients
-Patients with lung abnormalities such as pneumonia before surgery, atelectasis, and previous thoracic procedure
-If recovery is difficult even with hypoxia protocol due to hypoxia before/during surgery
-Patients expected to have difficulty securing airways
-Patients with mental retardation
-Patients unable to interpret Korean
