Patients admitted in medicine Intensive care unit of Age > 18 years and willing to give written informed consent either by themselves or their relative, who developed acute kidney injury (using 6 hourly urinary output As per KDIGO criteria)
1 - Patient with ICU stay duration of less than 48 hours
2 - Pregnant females
3 - Known case of CKD (GFR less than 60ml/1.73 m2 for 3 months or more, persistent proteinuria for 3 months or more and abnormal renal imaging)
4 - Solid organ transplant recipient
5 - History of receiving renal replacement therapy before admission to ICU
6 â?? Patients who are not catheterized
