Inclusion Criteria
Scapular dyskinesis test - Positive- type 1 scapular dyskinesia
Players practicing weekly 2-3 days
players who are players for more than 1 year
Players willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Type 2 and type 3 scapular dyskinesia
Recent injuries, Fractures to upper limb, vertebrae or ribs
who are on any other exercise protocol
any kind of radiating pain in the arm
any cardiovascular diseases
any respiratory diseases
any anti-inflammatory diseases
