Inclusion Criteria
First MTP angle >15º
Gastrocnemius muscle tightness
Exclusion Criteria
History of foot or ankle surgery
Fracture of lower limb
Any systematic disorder(RA or gout)
Patient using anti-inflammatory drug or analgesics.
Knee flexion contracture
Any inflammatory disease or neurological condition
Pregnant or breast feeding women
