(1) Adult male and female less than the age of 70 over the twenty years old.
(2) The patients and their families satisfied the revised Bethesda guideline 2004 version
(3) patients and their families who diagnosed colorectal cancer with MSI positive or abnormal DNA repair protein or MMR gene mutation
(4) Patients and their families who diagnosed with FAP or FAP subtype
(5) Patients and their families who diagnosed with colon polyposis syndrome or polyposis syndrome suspect
(6) Agree to paticipate the clinical trial
(1) The medical condition that cannot perform the clinical trial
(2) Disagree to the clnical trial
(3) Patient who paticipate another clinical trial
