Inclusion Criteria

women with pelvic organ prolapse will be treated with vaginal pessary at FPMRS clinic King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital
New case of POP with successful fitting
of pessary and prefer to continue pessary use

Patient or Caregiver who can be contacted by telemedicine.

Exclusion Criteria

Women who could not attend

follow-up during study period.
