Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Age over 18 years
  • •Obtaining consent from first degree relatives
  • •No history of chronic lung disease
  • •No positive history of smoking
  • •Absence of rib fracture, hemothorax and pneumothorax
  • •Being intubated and on a ventilator for at least 48 hours
  • •Passing the weaning from the ventilator process with Cpap mode
  • •Stable hemodynamic conditions (PR: 60\-90, BP: 120\-140/60\-90, T: 36\.2\-37\.5, RR: 12\-20\)
  • •Static compliance 50 and above (calculated from ventilator parameters in the last minute that was connected to the ventilator)

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Lack of consent of the patient's first degree relatives
