Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age over 18 years
- •Obtaining consent from first degree relatives
- •No history of chronic lung disease
- •No positive history of smoking
- •Absence of rib fracture, hemothorax and pneumothorax
- •Being intubated and on a ventilator for at least 48 hours
- •Passing the weaning from the ventilator process with Cpap mode
- •Stable hemodynamic conditions (PR: 60\-90, BP: 120\-140/60\-90, T: 36\.2\-37\.5, RR: 12\-20\)
- •Static compliance 50 and above (calculated from ventilator parameters in the last minute that was connected to the ventilator)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Lack of consent of the patient's first degree relatives
