Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosed cases of ARDS
Intubated and mechanically ventilated for 24 hours
Age between 18-65 years
Mean arterial pressure more than 60mm Hg
Exclusion Criteria
Uncontrolled cardiac arrhythmias
Raised intra cranial pressure
Closed suctioning
