seniors able to practice physical activity; over 60 years old; able to answer the study questionnaires and perform the proposed tests; have internet access

Exclusion Criteria

Elderly who have or acquire diseases and/or physical-motor and/or intellectual problems and symptoms that make it impossible to apply the questionnaires and/or perform evaluation tests and physical activities; seniors who do not attend at least 75% of classes
