Name Time Method The primary endpoint is the identification of training effects at the behavioral level (cognitive). All studies are conducted longitudinally at two measurement points 15 weeks apart (before and after the intervention).<br><br>Measuring instruments:<br>- Eriksen Flanker Test<br>- Switching Test<br>- Recall-One-Back Test
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The secondary endpoint is to record the effects of training on soccer-specific skills and training motivation. All studies are carried out longitudinally at two measurement points 15 weeks apart (before and after the intervention). Training motivation will also be assessed after 5 and 10 weeks.<br><br>Measuring instruments:<br>- Questionnaire to assess training motivation on the basis of self-determination theory<br>- Tests to assess the soccer-specific skills of dribbling, passing and shooting
