Inclusion Criteria
Consecutive patients with ILD,
Familiar IPF cases,
prevelent patients with rare forms of ILD (PAP, LAM, EHX, NSIP, LIP, DIP, RB-ILD, HPSIP…)
Exclusion Criteria
Missing Informed Consent,
The patient refuses to provide biomaterials or to complete patient questionnaires on quality of life,
severe mental illness

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The main goals of eurILDreg in collaboration with the RARE-ILD consortium are:<br> - Description of the natural course of different forms of ILDs<br>- Analysis of differences in genetically defined forms of ILD between childhood and adulthood<br>- Development of new, primarily non-invasive, diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic biomarkers<br>- Provision of new algorithms for diagnostic clarification, longitudinal follow-up and treatment<br>- Analysis of the quality of life in the different ILD cohorts
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Other goals are:<br>- to investigate the influence of environmental factors on the development and progression of the disease<br>- to determine the role of exacerbations in the consent and progression of ILDs<br>- Creation of the most comprehensive and coherent set of big data in the field of ILD, including deep phenotyping, imaginome, epi/genome, proteome, transcriptome and volatolome<br>- Analysis of this large dataset using artificial intelligence and computer-based modelling.
