Inclusion Criteria

1.A male patient with a reduction in ejaculatory volume
2.Those who voluntarily agreed to participate in this study

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with diabetes
2. Patients diagnosed with prostate cancer
3. Patients with a history of prostate surgery
4. Patients who have been receiving testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) or who have been treated with TRT within 3 months prior to randomization
5. Patients who have experienced drug use, surgery, or procedure that the investigator has determined could affect the ejaculatory ability
6. Those who are difficult to follow up to 3 months after the start of the study
