Inclusion Criteria
Children between six months and five years who come to the hospital emergency room due to Febrile seizures
well-educated and cooperative parents
Exclusion Criteria
Convulsions caused by meningitis or encephalitis or brain abscess
Seizures lasting more than 15 minutes or repeated seizures
Diazepam or levetiracetam is contraindicated
History of neurodevelopmental disorder or previous neurological disease
Kidney dysfunction

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Seizure recurrences based on parental history. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 8 and 4 weeks after entering the study - drug consumption. Method of measurement: Number of seizure recurrences based on parental history.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Possible drug side effects. Timepoint: Week 8 and 16 after entering the study. Method of measurement: History of parents and clinical examination of the child.
