Inclusion Criteria

Children between six months and five years who come to the hospital emergency room due to Febrile seizures
well-educated and cooperative parents

Exclusion Criteria

Convulsions caused by meningitis or encephalitis or brain abscess
Seizures lasting more than 15 minutes or repeated seizures
Diazepam or levetiracetam is contraindicated
History of neurodevelopmental disorder or previous neurological disease
Kidney dysfunction

Primary Outcome Measures

Seizure recurrences based on parental history. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 8 and 4 weeks after entering the study - drug consumption. Method of measurement: Number of seizure recurrences based on parental history.
