Inclusion Criteria
Aged equal or more than 18
-On maintenance hemodialysis scheduled thrice weekly
-Willingness to participate in the study with a written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
-Life expectancy less than 1 year
-Scheduled renal transplantation
-Severe co-morbidid: active malignancy, active infection, end stage organ diseases
-Pregnancy or lactating
-Unable to give informed consent because of mental incompetence or a psychiatric disorder
-status post coronary stent
