Inclusion Criteria

To be included patients must:
•Have a breast or ovarian cancer diagnosis
•Participants who have high levels of FCR (cut-off score of 13 or higher) or FoP (cut-off score of 34 and higher)
•18 years and older
•Fluent in English
•Have access to internet and computer competency
• NOT receiving palliative care
