Inclusion Criteria
1.Epileptic patients of Age > 18 years and < 55 years on antiepileptic medications with cognitive impairment.
2. Seizure frequency of less than four per month
3.Patients willing to give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
1.Age <18 and >55 years
2.Interictal period (2 weeks), More than 4 attacks per month
3.Mental Retardation
4.Family H/O Psychiatric disorders
5.Progressive neurologic disease
6.Severe medical illness including renal insufficiency
7.Pregnant or lactating women
