Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. patient over 18 years of age
- •2\. patient receiving mechanical ventilation for at least 24 hours
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.patient with a tracheostomy tube, intubated with more than once
- •2\.systolic bp more than 180 and less than 90 mmHg
- •3\.decrease level of consciousness.
- •4\.patient with neuromuscular disease
