- •Age rangr 20-60years
- •Weight range 40-80kgs
- •Patient of both sex
- •Elective open abdominal surgery requiring general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation for more than 1 hour
排除标准
- •Patients not willing to participate in study
- •Patients with allergic to study drug
- •Patient with laparoscopic surgery
- •Patient with difficult airway
- •Patient with history of bronchospasm, cardiac disorder,severe hepatic or renal disease and diabetes mellitus
