Inclusion Criteria
ASA I&II
Age rangr 20-60years
Weight range 40-80kgs
Patient of both sex
Elective open abdominal surgery requiring general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation for more than 1 hour
Exclusion Criteria
Patients not willing to participate in study
Patients with allergic to study drug
Patient with laparoscopic surgery
Patient with difficult airway
Patient with history of bronchospasm, cardiac disorder,severe hepatic or renal disease and diabetes mellitus

Name Time Method To determine the difference in variation in heart rate systolic blood pressure diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure from baseline to 1 minute, 3 minute, 5 minute, and 10 minute post intubation in both groups.Timepoint: 4 months
