Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients undergoing orthodontic treatment who require maximum or absolute anchorage
  • 2\.Extraction of 1st premolars in the maxilla
  • 3\. Upper anterior proclination
  • 4\. Fixed metal appliance with MBT 0\.022 bracket prescription

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients requiring extraction other than 1st premolars in the maxilla
  • 2\. Immunocompromised patients
