- •Patients weighting 50-80 kg admitted in ICU who are mechanically ventilated with the following settings
- •Tidal volume:8-10ml/kg
- •RR :10-15 cpm
- •PEEP:4-6cmH2O
- •Clinically hypovolemic patients with:
- •MAP <65mmHg
- •Urine output <30ml/hr
- •CVP <8cm H2O

- •1)Patients with signs of right ventricular failure
- •2)Significant cardiac conditions
- •3)Ejection fraction <40%
- •4)Patients with increased intraabdominal pressure
- •5)Pregnant patients
- •6)Morbidly obese patients
