- •Patients who are scheduled for knee arthroscopic procedure for meniscus repair and ACL/PCL repair or debridement and receiving subarachnoid anesthetic block
- •1. Elective unilateral knee arthroscopic knee surgery 2. Age 18-80 3. ASA class I-III
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal 2. Cognitive inability 3. Pre-existing joint disease 4. Chronic pain more than 6 month 5.Allergic to opioid 6.contraindication for local injection
