- •Patients who are scheduled for knee arthroscopic procedure for meniscus repair and ACL/PCL repair or debridement and receiving subarachnoid anesthetic block
- •1\. Elective unilateral knee arthroscopic knee surgery 2\. Age 18\-80 3\. ASA class I\-III
排除标准
- •1\. Patient refusal 2\. Cognitive inability 3\. Pre\-existing joint disease 4\. Chronic pain more than 6 month 5\.Allergic to opioid 6\.contraindication for local injection
