Inclusion Criteria

Anti-TPO Ab level above 60 IU / ml
Ladies aged 18-45 years

Exclusion Criteria

Any chronic disease
Taking drugs that affect the immune system from six months before entering the scheme
History of malignancy
History of chronic diseases (renal and advanced liver disorders)

Titer of anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody. Timepoint: Before and after 3 months of treatment. Method of measurement: Measurement of anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody titer in serum.;Thyroid function test including free thyroxine, free thriiodothyronine, and thyroid-stimulating hormone levels Timepoint. Timepoint: Before the intervention and three months after the intervention (end of the course). Method of measurement: Measurement of serum levels of hormones through blood tests.;Serum level of Anti Tyroglobulin Anti Tg Ab.
