- •-Emergency Medicine Residents and attending staff who have no experience of diaphragmatic ultrasound
- •For patient
- •- Age of 18 years and over
- •-Presenting to emergency department with shortness of breath and respiratory rate more then 24/min

- •-Pregnancy
- •-Cardiac arrest, mechanical ventilation and non-invasive ventilation at arrival
- •-GSC < 14
