Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients scheduled for thyroid surgery in Seoul St. Mary's hospital
- •2\. Adults (age more than 19 years old and less than 70 years old)
- •3\. American Society of Anesthesiologists grade 1 or 2
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Disagreement to participate in this study
- •2\) Emergency case
- •3\) Patients who are contraindicated with acetaminophen or ibuprofen
- •4\) Hemodynamic instability during surgery
