- •ASA Physical status I and II.Undergoing modified radical mastectomy under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •Infection at the block site.
- •Allergy to local anaesthetics.
- •Decreased cardiac and pulmonary reserve.
- •renal dysfunction.
- •Any psychiatric condition.
