Inclusion Criteria

1. Preterm infants from 26 to 34 weeks of gestational age on enteral feeds more than 150ml/kg/day.

2. Unlikely to be discharged in the next 7 days

Exclusion Criteria

1. Major congenital anomalies.

2. Gastrointestinal malformations

3. Necrotizing enterocolitis stage II and stage III.

4. Symptomatic patent ductus arteriosus.

5. Neonates on significant respiratory support- Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) or High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) with > 30% FiO2 or Mechanical Ventilation.

6. Babies on breast feeding.
