Underwent cardipoulmonary bypass surgery

Exclusion Criteria

1.Renal failure
2.Liver failure
3.Redo surgery
4.Endocarditis
5.Thoracic aortic aneurysm
6.Cyanotic heart disease
7.Preoperative use anticoagulant
8.Use intraoperative or postoperative of intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) or extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO)
9.Heparin resistance
10.Intraoperative death
11.Use total circulatory arrest technique
