Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • \- (First\-ever \& recurrent) stroke resulting in sub and/or supratentatorial brain damage
  • \- Receiving inpatient care in Heliomare
  • \- Time since stroke \< 6 months
  • \- Functional ambulation categories score \> 2
  • \- Able to stand independently for at least 1 minute
  • \- Able to understand instructions and cooperate with neuropsychological assessment (as judged by the patient\*s neuropsychologist)

Exclusion Criteria

  • \- No other neurological impairments
  • \- No orthopaedic impairments
  • \- No uncorrected hearing impairment
