Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Histologically proven SCC.
  • •2\)Locally advanced head and neck cancer ineligible for
  • •curative intent.
  • •3\)ECOG 0\-3
  • •4\)Age 18\-75 years
  • •5\)written consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\)radiotherapy to head and neck.
  • •2\)pregnant or lactating females.
  • •3\)any serious medical condition.
