Inclusion Criteria
Individuals presenting with unilateral or bilateral impacted mandibular third molars
Exclusion Criteria
-History of trauma or surgery to the mandible
-Developmental anomalies affecting the jaw
-Clinical and/or radiographic evidences of pathologies of the impacted mandibular third molar teeth or mandible which could obscure the visualization of the periapical region or inferior alveolar canal
