入选标准
- •The patients diagnosed as Chronic Migraine on the basis of Headache >15 d/month for more than 3 months which has features of migraine for more than 8 days per month ( ICHD- 3rd edition, 2013)
- •-Male/Female
- •-Age: >18 years
- •-Medically refractory to atleast two drugs (like Topiramate and Valproate)
- •-Right handed individuals
排除标准
- •-Other forms of headache (e.g., due to previous trauma)
- •-Other comorbidities which prevent intervention ( like hypertension, diabetes,liver and kidney disorder)
- •-History of ferromagnetic implants in head and neck regions, cardiac pacemakers
- •-History of pregnancy, lactation
- •-History of seizure
