- •1) All patients between 18 to 65 years with morbid obesity shall be included in this study.
- •2) Patients with BMI >40.
- •3) Patients with BMI >35 with comorbidities.(Diabetes Mellitus,Hypertension,Obstructive sleep apnea,non alcoholic fatty liver, hyperlipidemias)
排除标准
- •1.Patients for re exploration after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.
- •2.Pregnant patients.
- •3.Gastric outlet obstruction patients.
- •4.Patients not fit for anesthesia.
- •5.Patients with severe psychiatric illness
- •6.Patients of DVT
- •7.Patients unwilling for dietry compliance with postoperative dietry regimen and follow up.
