Inclusion Criteria
1.Patient written and informed consent
2.Age 18-65 years, of either gender
3.ASA Grade I, II & III
4.Scheduled for elective thoracotomy
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient refusal
2.Patients with coagulopathy
3.Local skin infection
4.Pre-existing neurological deficit
5.Allergy to Local anaesthetic
6.Pregnancy
7.Insufficient comprehension of QoR15 Questionnaire
8.Failure of blocks
