Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients with a diagnosis of a cluster C PD\- AvPD, DPD, OCPD, Mixed cluster C PD according to DSM\-V criteria with or without mild to moderate Axis 1
  • Patients in the age range of 20\-50 years
  • Patients who can speak Hindi and English, however, can read in English.
  • Patients who are on stable medication or not on any medication before beginning therapy.
  • Patients who are willing to commit for approximately 8 months of therapy.
  • Patients who are willing to be a part of the baseline period.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients having a diagnosis of Personality Disorder (PD) not otherwise specified as well as mixed PD diagnosis.
  • 2\.Patients diagnosed with psychotic disorders, severe Axis 1 conditions (CGIS score equal to or more than 4\), clinical evidence for neurodevelopmental disorders, or other neurological, neurosurgical or organic conditions that may interfere with engagement in therapy.
  • 3\.Patients with substance abuse disorders who are in need of clinical detoxification.
  • 4\.Patients who are undergoing regular psychotherapy for PD in the last 3 months.
