First ever stroke aleast 6 months back confirmed by CT/MRI findings.
No cognitive impairment.
Moderate to severe deficits of upper extremity imapirement vonfirmed by FMA-UE.
Able to perform reach to grasp atleast once with the paretic hand.
Able to sit independently for atleast an hour.
Right hand dominance.
Shoulder subluxation or severe pain of the affected upper extremity.
Hemineglect .
Visual field deficit .
Contraindication of TMS such as presence of metal implants on skull or history of seizure.
History of other central or perpheral neurological disorders.
Previous participation in brain stimulation intervention.
