Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •First ever stroke aleast 6 months back confirmed by CT/MRI findings.
- •No cognitive impairment.
- •Moderate to severe deficits of upper extremity imapirement vonfirmed by FMA\-UE.
- •Able to perform reach to grasp atleast once with the paretic hand.
- •Able to sit independently for atleast an hour.
- •Right hand dominance.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Shoulder subluxation or severe pain of the affected upper extremity.
- •Hemineglect .
- •Visual field deficit .
- •Contraindication of TMS such as presence of metal implants on skull or history of seizure.
- •History of other central or perpheral neurological disorders.
- •Previous participation in brain stimulation intervention.
