Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •First ever stroke aleast 6 months back confirmed by CT/MRI findings.
  • •No cognitive impairment.
  • •Moderate to severe deficits of upper extremity imapirement vonfirmed by FMA\-UE.
  • •Able to perform reach to grasp atleast once with the paretic hand.
  • •Able to sit independently for atleast an hour.
  • •Right hand dominance.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Shoulder subluxation or severe pain of the affected upper extremity.
  • •Hemineglect .
  • •Visual field deficit .
  • •Contraindication of TMS such as presence of metal implants on skull or history of seizure.
  • •History of other central or perpheral neurological disorders.
  • •Previous participation in brain stimulation intervention.
