Inclusion Criteria
1)ASA Grade I & II patients
2)Age between 20-70 years
3)Weight between 40-70 kg
4)Patients of both sexes
5)All classes of MP Grades
Exclusion Criteria
1. Anticipated difficult airway with restricted head and neck movements and TMD less than 6 cm
2.Patients with hemodynamic and respiratory compromise
3. Mouth opening less than 2.5 cm
4. Potentially full stomach patients
