Inclusion Criteria
- •Male and female subjects aged above 18 years.
- •�Subjects with BMI \>\= 25 25\.
- •�Obese subjects willing to take residential treatment for a minimum of 21 days.
Exclusion Criteria
- •?Subjects with major psychiatric illness and on medications.
- •?Subjects currently on antiobesity medications or nutritional suppliments.
- •?Subjects who have undergone bariatric surgery for obesity.
- •?Pregnant/lactating women
