Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Male and female subjects aged above 18 years.
  • •ï¿½Subjects with BMI \>\= 25 25\.
  • •ï¿½Obese subjects willing to take residential treatment for a minimum of 21 days.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •?Subjects with major psychiatric illness and on medications.
  • •?Subjects currently on antiobesity medications or nutritional suppliments.
  • •?Subjects who have undergone bariatric surgery for obesity.
  • •?Pregnant/lactating women
