Inclusion Criteria
ASA1,2,3
Modified mallampatti class 1 and 2
BMI < 30 kg/ m2
Posted for elective surgeries requiring general anaesthesia with orotracheal intubation
Exclusion Criteria
Modified mallampatti class 3 and 4
BMI >30 kg/ m2
Thyromental distance < 6.5cm
Negative upper lip bite test
Restricted neck movement ( flexion < 25 degrees, extension < 85 degrees )
Previous history of difficult intubation
