Women, Age: 40-65; Diagnosed with stage I–III breast cancer; Underwent radical mastectomy , at least 12 months before; Radiotherapy and chemotherapy has been completed, Underwent hormone therapy at the time of study; No new record Rehabilitation torso, Chest or neck musculoskeletal rehabilitation, six months before breast cancer diagnosis; No neurological, muscular dysfunction or taking drugs that may affect the neuromuscular function; No distant metastases; Sedentary lifestyle (no regular exercise or fewer than two exercise sessions per week); Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled hypertension; Congestive heart failure; Pulmonary disease, diabetes, and thyroid or musculoskeletal disease
